These balers are for processing any type of waste that can be recycled. It is manufactured using steel sections and profiled steel sheet of considerable thickness giving strength and rigidity to the structure. This type of press adapts perfectly to any level of production, from small producers of waste that has been generated during their normal productive process with independence to the type of industry, to large recycling companies that specialize in processing recycling waste materials.
These machines operate as a normal baler but have additional functions for specialized production.

JS-2000VL/350
Presse de grandes dimensions. Elle est proposée en configuration latérale ou verticale en fonction de la conception de l’installation. Cette machine présente les caractéristiques principales des grandes presses standards. Elle possède un châssis diffèrent des autres machines car elle intègre des renforts à cause de sa grande capacité de pressage qui peut atteindre jusqu’à 350 Tn.
Cette machine est particulièrement adaptée à la récupération de résidus desquels on souhaite obtenir un haut dégrée de compaction de balles. Son système de ligature maintient la balle très compacte après extraction. Cette machine permet d’obtenir des hautes densités par mètre cube.
